Team members come from academia and industry, possess extensive international academic cooperation experience, and are jointly committed to promoting high-quality development across the Association's core work.
领导团队秉持协会「严谨治学、开放合作、卓越创新」的核心理念，以专业态度履行各自职责，确保协会在学术独立性、运营规范性及国际影响力等方面持续提升。The leadership team upholds the Association's core principles of rigorous scholarship, open cooperation, and excellent innovation, performs its responsibilities with a professional attitude, and ensures continuous improvement in academic independence, operational standardization, and international influence.
President
负责协会整体战略方向与重大决策，主持理事会会议，代表协会对外开展高级别学术与合作事务，统筹协会各核心业务板块的协调推进。Responsible for the Association's overall strategic direction and major decisions, presiding over Council meetings, representing the Association in high-level academic and cooperation affairs, and coordinating the advancement of all core business areas.
具备逾15年智能工程与科技领域学术研究及机构管理经验，在亚太学术界拥有广泛的专业网络与影响力。Has more than 15 years of academic research and institutional management experience in intelligent engineering and technology, with a broad professional network and influence in the Asia-Pacific academic community.
Secretary General
全面负责协会日常运营与行政管理工作，统筹各专业委员会及职能部门的协调配合，推进对外合作项目的落地执行，确保协会各项决议得到有效贯彻。Fully responsible for the Association's daily operations and administrative management, coordinating the work of Professional Committees and functional departments, advancing the implementation of external cooperation projects, and ensuring that Association resolutions are effectively carried out.
具备丰富的学术机构管理经验及国际合作项目推进能力，熟悉亚太地区学术机构运营规范。Has rich experience in academic institution management and the ability to advance international cooperation projects, with familiarity with operational norms of academic institutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
Chair, Academic Committee
主导协会学术标准体系的制定与维护，统筹课题成果评审体系建设，负责年度白皮书及优秀课题成果的学术质量把关，确保协会所有学术产出符合国际规范。Leads the development and maintenance of the Association's academic standards system, coordinates the construction of the research outcome review system, and is responsible for academic quality assurance for annual white papers and outstanding research outcomes to ensure all Association academic output complies with international norms.
深耕智能工程研究领域多年，具备高水平学术评审经验及丰富的跨机构学术合作背景。Has worked deeply in intelligent engineering research for many years, with high-level academic review experience and rich cross-institutional academic cooperation background.
Director, Global Partnerships
负责统筹推动协会与国际学术机构、高校及行业组织的战略合作关系，拓展协会的全球合作网络，策划并执行跨地区学术交流项目，持续提升AIET的国际学术影响力。Responsible for coordinating and advancing strategic partnerships between the Association and international academic institutions, universities, and industry organizations, expanding the Association's global cooperation network, planning and implementing cross-regional academic exchange projects, and continuously enhancing AIET's international academic influence.
具备丰富的跨国学术合作谈判经验及国际项目管理能力，熟悉欧美及亚太地区主要学术机构生态。Has extensive experience in cross-border academic cooperation negotiation and international project management, with familiarity with the ecosystems of major academic institutions in Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Chair, Review Committee
负责统筹协会各类评审工作，包括特聘职衔资质评审、年度奖项评审及课题成果认定，建立和维护协会评审独立性声明与利益冲突处理机制，确保所有评审工作的专业性与公正性。Responsible for coordinating all review work of the Association, including honorary appointment qualification review, annual award evaluation, and research outcome recognition, and for establishing and maintaining the Association's review independence declarations and conflict-of-interest handling mechanisms to ensure professionalism and fairness in all reviews.
在科技工程领域拥有深厚的同行评审经验，长期参与国际学术期刊及会议的评审工作。Has deep peer-review experience in technology and engineering and has long participated in review work for international academic journals and conferences.
