秘书处承诺在收到邮件后的两个工作日内作出回复。如涉及具体申请事项，回复时间可能延长至3至5个工作日。The Secretariat undertakes to reply within two business days after receiving an email. If the inquiry involves a specific application matter, the response time may be extended to three to five business days.
