About Membership
智能工程与科技协会会员体系正式建立于2024年，是AIET荣誉与参与体系的重要组成部分。会员体系的设立旨在为不同背景、不同参与深度的智能工程与科技领域专业人士提供正式的协会归属感与专属资源支持，帮助会员在国际学术网络中建立联结、提升影响力、获取专业认可。The membership system of the Association of Intelligent Engineering and Technology was formally established in 2024 and is an important part of AIET's honours and participation system. It was established to provide professionals in intelligent engineering and technology with different backgrounds and levels of participation with a formal sense of belonging to the Association and dedicated resource support, helping members build connections, enhance influence, and obtain professional recognition within the international academic network.
AIET会员体系设个人会员、机构会员及荣誉会员三个类别，各类别在参与资格、权益范围及申请条件上各有侧重，以满足不同类型申请人的实际需求。所有会员类别均须经过协会秘书处的资格审核，确保会员群体的整体专业水准。The AIET membership system includes three categories: individual member, institutional member, and honorary member. Each category has different emphases in participation qualifications, benefits, and application conditions to meet the actual needs of different applicants. All membership categories must undergo qualification review by the Association Secretariat to ensure the overall professional level of the membership community.

Individual Member
面向在智能工程与科技领域从事研究、工程实践或行业工作的专业人士，提供参与协会学术活动、接入国际合作网络及申请协会荣誉体系的正式通道。For professionals engaged in research, engineering practice, or industry work in intelligent engineering and technology, providing a formal pathway to participate in Association academic activities, access the international cooperation network, and apply for the Association's honour system.
Institutional Member
面向高校、研究机构、行业组织及科技企业，通过机构层面的正式会籍，为成员机构建立与AIET国际学术生态的深度联结，共享协会学术资源与合作网络。For universities, research institutions, industry organizations, and technology enterprises, establishing deep connections between member institutions and AIET's international academic ecosystem through formal institutional membership, and sharing the Association's academic resources and cooperation network.
Honorary Member
面向在智能工程与科技领域作出卓越贡献、获协会理事会特别推荐的杰出专家，荣誉会员资格由协会主动授予，不接受自荐申请。For outstanding experts who have made exceptional contributions in intelligent engineering and technology and are specially recommended by the Association Council. Honorary membership is granted proactively by the Association and does not accept self-applications.

Individual Member Details
个人会员适合在智能工程、计算机工程、机械工程、电子工程、人工智能工程或相关交叉学科领域从事研究、工程实践或行业工作的专业人士，包括高校学者、研究机构研究员、企业工程师及独立研究人员。Individual membership is suitable for professionals engaged in research, engineering practice, or industry work in intelligent engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence engineering, or related interdisciplinary fields, including university scholars, research institution researchers, enterprise engineers, and independent researchers.

Institutional Member Details
机构会员适合高等院校工程相关学院或系所、国家及地区级科研机构、行业协会与专业学会，以及在智能工程与科技领域具有实质性研究或业务投入的科技企业。Institutional membership is suitable for engineering-related schools or departments of higher education institutions, national and regional research institutions, industry associations and professional societies, and technology enterprises with substantive research or business investment in intelligent engineering and technology.
机构会员优先受邀参与协会主办的国际学术合作活动及联合研究项目洽谈。Institutional members receive priority invitations to participate in international academic cooperation activities hosted by the Association and in negotiations for joint research projects.

Honorary Member Details
荣誉会员资格由协会理事会根据候选人的学术成就及对智能工程与科技领域的贡献，经内部提名及正式决议后主动授予，不接受任何形式的自荐或外部提名。Honorary membership is proactively granted by the Association Council based on a candidate's academic achievements and contributions to intelligent engineering and technology, after internal nomination and formal resolution. No form of self-application or external nomination is accepted.
荣誉会员是协会对杰出贡献者的最高形式认可之一，任期由理事会决议确定。Honorary membership is one of the Association's highest forms of recognition for outstanding contributors, with the term determined by Council resolution.

AIET会员申请流程设计简洁、透明，旨在为符合条件的申请人提供高效、专业的入会体验。所有申请须经过协会秘书处的资格审核，以确保会员群体的整体专业水准与协会学术定位保持一致。荣誉会员由理事会主动授予，不适用以下申请流程。The AIET membership application process is designed to be simple and transparent, providing qualified applicants with an efficient and professional admission experience. All applications must undergo qualification review by the Association Secretariat to ensure that the overall professional level of the member community remains consistent with the Association's academic positioning. Honorary membership is proactively granted by the Council and is not subject to the following application process.
Four-Step Application Process
Submit Application
申请人通过协会官网会员申请页面填写在线申请表单，上传所需材料。申请表单须如实填写，所有信息将作为资格审核的依据。提交申请后，申请人将收到系统自动发送的受理确认邮件，确认申请已进入处理流程。Applicants complete the online application form on the membership application page of the Association's official website and upload the required materials. The form must be completed truthfully, and all information will serve as the basis for qualification review. After submission, applicants will receive an automatically generated acceptance confirmation email confirming that the application has entered the processing workflow.
Eligibility Review
协会秘书处在收到完整申请材料后，在5至7个工作日内完成资格审核。审核内容包括申请材料的完整性核查及基本资格条件确认。审核通过后，申请人将收到正式的审核通过通知；如审核未通过，秘书处将书面说明原因，申请人可在6个月后重新提交申请。After receiving complete application materials, the Association Secretariat completes qualification review within five to seven business days. The review includes checking the completeness of application materials and confirming basic qualification conditions. After passing the review, the applicant will receive a formal approval notice. If the application is not approved, the Secretariat will provide written reasons, and the applicant may resubmit after six months.
Official Membership Activation
审核通过后，协会秘书处将在3个工作日内完成会员资格激活，并向会员发出正式欢迎函及电子版会员证书。会员证书注明会员类别、会员编号、入会日期及会员任期，可作为正式会员身份的官方凭证。纸质版会员证书将通过邮寄方式寄送至申请人提供的通讯地址。AIET会员体系全程免费，不收取任何会费、年费或入会费用。After approval, the Association Secretariat will activate membership within three business days and issue a formal welcome letter and electronic membership certificate. The certificate states the membership category, membership number, admission date, and membership term, and may serve as the official proof of membership status. A printed membership certificate will be sent by mail to the correspondence address provided by the applicant. The AIET membership system is completely free and charges no membership fees, annual fees, or admission fees.

Membership Renewal
会员任期届满前30天，协会秘书处将向会员发送续会提醒通知。会员可通过邮件联系秘书处完成续会申请，续会流程无须重新提交完整申请材料，仅须确认个人或机构信息无重大变更。连续会员在续会时享有优先处理权，续会审核通常在3个工作日内完成。Thirty days before the membership term expires, the Association Secretariat will send a renewal reminder to the member. Members may contact the Secretariat by email to complete the renewal application. The renewal process does not require resubmission of full application materials and only requires confirmation that there have been no major changes to individual or institutional information. Continuous members receive priority handling when renewing, and renewal review is usually completed within three business days.
Free Membership Policy
AIET会员体系全程免费，不收取任何会费、年费或入会费用。协会始终坚持以学术服务为核心导向，通过免费开放的会员体系，为全球智能工程与科技领域的研究者及从业者提供平等的参与机会与专业支持。The AIET membership system is completely free and charges no membership fees, annual fees, or admission fees. The Association always adheres to academic service as its core orientation, and through a free and open membership system provides equal participation opportunities and professional support for researchers and practitioners worldwide in intelligent engineering and technology.

How to Apply
如您有意申请加入AIET会员体系（个人会员或机构会员），请通过以下方式联系协会秘书处，获取正式申请表格及详细申请指引。If you intend to apply to join the AIET membership system as an individual member or institutional member, please contact the Association Secretariat through the following method to obtain the official application form and detailed application guidelines.
发送邮件至Send an email to info@aiet.org.cn，说明您的申请意向（个人会员或机构会员），秘书处将在两个工作日内回复。, explaining your application intent, whether individual membership or institutional membership. The Secretariat will reply within two business days.
秘书处将向您发送正式申请表格、申请须知及所需提交材料清单。The Secretariat will send you the official application form, application instructions, and a list of required materials.
填写完整申请表格，连同所需材料一并通过邮件提交至秘书处。Complete the application form and submit it to the Secretariat by email together with the required materials.
秘书处完成资格审核后，将通过邮件通知申请结果及后续事宜。After the Secretariat completes qualification review, it will notify the applicant of the result and subsequent matters by email.
