About AIET Awards

智能工程与科技协会年度卓越成就奖设立于2021年,是AIET荣誉与参与体系的重要组成部分,亦是亚太地区智能工程与科技领域具有代表性的学术荣誉评选之一。奖项设立的初衷,在于通过正式、严格的评选机制,为在智能工程与科技领域作出实质性贡献的个人及机构提供权威的学术认可,激励领域内的持续创新与卓越追求。The Annual Excellence Awards of the Association of Intelligent Engineering and Technology were established in 2021. They are an important component of AIET's honours and participation system and one of the representative academic honour selections in intelligent engineering and technology in the Asia-Pacific region. The awards were created to provide authoritative academic recognition for individuals and institutions that have made substantive contributions in intelligent engineering and technology through a formal and rigorous selection mechanism, encouraging continued innovation and the pursuit of excellence in the field.

AIET奖项评选严格遵循学术独立性原则,评审工作由独立评审委员会全程主导,所有评委均须与提名方及协会管理层无直接利益关系。每届评选采用三轮递进式评审机制,确保最终获奖结果经过充分的多方审议,评选过程与结果均在协会官网公开存档,接受各方查阅与监督。自2021年首届评选以来,历经五届评选,AIET奖项已逐步在亚太智能工程学术界建立起良好的声誉与认可度。AIET award selection strictly follows the principle of academic independence. The review work is led throughout by an independent review committee, and all judges must have no direct interest relationship with the nominating parties or the Association's management. Each selection uses a three-round progressive review mechanism to ensure that the final results are fully deliberated by multiple parties. The selection process and results are publicly archived on the Association's official website for review and oversight. Since the first selection in 2021, after five rounds of awards, the AIET awards have gradually built a strong reputation and recognition in the Asia-Pacific intelligent engineering academic community.

每届奖项评审委员会成员均经独立遴选程序确定,评委须与提名人及其所在机构无直接利益关系,并须签署独立性声明,确保评审结论不受商业或人际因素影响。Members of each award review committee are determined through an independent selection process. Judges must have no direct interest relationship with nominees or their institutions and must sign independence declarations, ensuring that review conclusions are not affected by commercial or personal factors.

三轮评审机制Three-Round Review Mechanism

所有提名材料须依次经过资格初审、专业委员独立评审及终审委员会集体评议三个独立阶段,最终获奖名单须经终审委员会以多数通过原则确定,任何单一评委无法左右最终结果。All nomination materials must pass through three independent stages in sequence: qualification preliminary review, independent review by professional committee members, and collective deliberation by the final review committee. The final winner list must be determined by the final review committee based on majority approval, and no single judge can determine the final result.

评审委员会成员在遴选时须满足地理多样性要求,确保评审视角覆盖亚太及国际学术生态,避免评选结果受单一地区学术偏好影响。When review committee members are selected, geographic diversity requirements must be met to ensure that review perspectives cover the Asia-Pacific and international academic ecosystems and to avoid results being influenced by the academic preferences of a single region.

每届获奖结果于颁奖典礼后在协会官网完整公示,包含奖项类别、获奖人职务与所在机构,并通过协会官方渠道向外发布,供各方查阅。After each award ceremony, the complete results are published on the Association's official website, including award category, winner position, and affiliated institution, and are released through official Association channels for public reference.

It recognizes senior experts, scholars, and industry leaders who have worked for many years in intelligent engineering and technology and made systematic, sustained, and significant contributions. Winners usually have far-reaching and measurable influence in academic research, technical standard formulation, industrial transformation, or talent development, and their contributions have left a lasting mark in their fields.

第三轮:终审委员会集体评议Round Three: Collective Deliberation by the Final Review Committee

评审委员会主席汇总各委员评分与意见后,召开终审会议进行集体评议,以多数通过原则确定最终获奖名单。终审会议须有不少于三分之二的评委出席方可举行。After the Chair of the Review Committee summarizes the scores and comments of all members, a final review meeting is convened for collective deliberation, and the final winner list is determined by majority approval. The final review meeting may only be held when no fewer than two-thirds of judges are present.

评选严格性说明Explanation of Selection Strictness A Note on Selectivity

AIET奖项评选的价值,不仅体现在获奖者的成就水准,更体现在评选过程的严格性。协会章程明确规定,每个奖项类别的每届最高获奖名额均受到上限约束(详见奖项类别页面),评审委员会在审议时须以「宁缺毋滥」为原则——在没有符合标准的候选人时,可作出当届该奖项从缺的决定。这一机制设计确保了AIET奖项的含金量不因评选届次增加而稀释。The value of AIET award selection lies not only in the achievement level of winners, but also in the strictness of the selection process. The Association's charter clearly stipulates that the maximum number of winners for each award category in each selection is capped (see the award categories page). During deliberation, the review committee must follow the principle of preferring no award over a substandard award; when there is no candidate meeting the standards, the award may be left vacant for that year. This mechanism ensures that the value of AIET awards is not diluted as the number of selection cycles increases.

每届获奖结果在颁奖典礼结束后,由协会秘书处在官网予以完整公示,公示内容包括奖项类别、获奖人现任职务及所在机构。公示记录永久存档,不予删除,可作为获奖事实的可查证公开记录,供各方在需要时引用或核实。After each award ceremony, the Association Secretariat publishes the complete results on the official website. The announcement includes award category, winner's current position, and affiliated institution. Before submitting a nomination or application, please confirm that you have carefully read the award categories and selection criteria pages and that the selected award matches the nominee's contribution type and background. The Association keeps all nomination materials strictly confidential, and the selection result will be formally communicated through the email address provided by the submitter.

申请人可直接通过本页面表单提交自荐申请,须如实填写个人学术成就及贡献说明,并上传相关支撑材料。自荐申请与他人提名享有同等的评审权重,评审委员会不对参与方式作出区分。Applicants may directly submit a self-application through the form on this page, truthfully complete their personal academic achievements and contribution statement, and upload relevant supporting materials. Self-applications and nominations by others carry equal review weight, and the review committee does not differentiate based on participation method.

现任AIET会员、特聘委员、评审专家或合作机构代表均可为符合条件的第三方提交提名。提名人须提供被提名方的基本信息及成就说明,并征得被提名方本人同意。提名人信息将作为评审参考材料保存,但不向外公开。Current AIET members, appointees, review experts, or representatives of partner institutions may submit nominations for qualified third parties. The nominator must provide basic information and an achievement statement for the nominee and obtain the nominee's consent. Nominator information is retained as review reference material but is not publicly disclosed.

如您有意参与AIET年度奖项评选(自荐或推荐他人),请通过以下方式联系协会秘书处,获取正式提名表格及详细参与指引。If you intend to participate in the AIET annual award selection, either by self-application or by recommending others, please contact the Association Secretariat through the following method to obtain the official nomination form and detailed participation guidelines.

年度提名受理、资格初审、专家评审及终审工作通常在年内完成,颁奖典礼安排于每年12月举行。The annual nomination intake, eligibility screening, expert review, and final review are normally completed within the same year, and the award ceremony is scheduled for December each year.

联系秘书处Contact the Secretariat

发送邮件至Send an email to info@aiet.org.cn,说明您的提名意向(自荐或推荐),秘书处将在两个工作日内回复。, explaining your nomination intent, whether self-application or recommendation. The Secretariat will reply within two business days.

获取提名材料Obtain Nomination Materials

秘书处将向您发送提名表格、奖项类别说明及所需提交材料清单。The Secretariat will send you the nomination form, award category descriptions, and the list of required submission materials.

提交提名Submit the Nomination

填写完整提名表格,连同候选人简历、成果清单及支撑材料一并通过邮件提交。Complete the nomination form and submit it by email together with the candidate's CV, achievement list, and supporting materials.

评审与公布Review and Announcement

独立评审专家团完成评审后,获奖结果将通过协会官方渠道向公众发布。After the independent review expert panel completes the review, the award results will be released to the public through the Association's official channels.
