Governance Overview
智能工程与科技协会采用多层级治理架构，确保协会各项业务在专业、透明、独立的原则下有序运行。协会治理架构由理事会、学术委员会、秘书处及各专业委员会四个核心层级构成，各层级职责明确、分工清晰，共同支撑协会的日常运营与长远发展。The Association of Intelligent Engineering and Technology adopts a multi-level governance structure to ensure that all work operates in an orderly manner under the principles of professionalism, transparency, and independence. The governance structure consists of four core levels: the Council, Academic Committee, Secretariat, and Professional Committees. Each level has clear responsibilities and division of work, jointly supporting the Association's daily operations and long-term development.

理事会是协会的最高决策机构，负责制定协会整体战略方向、审议重大事项及监督协会整体运营。理事会每季度召开例行会议，对协会重大战略调整、年度预算、重要合作协议及荣誉体系政策等事项具有最终决策权。理事会成员由协会创始成员及经提名选举产生的资深代表组成，任期两年，可连任一届。The Council is the Association's highest decision-making body, responsible for formulating the overall strategic direction, reviewing major matters, and supervising overall operations. The Council holds regular quarterly meetings and has final decision-making authority over major strategic adjustments, annual budgets, important cooperation agreements, and honour system policies. Council members consist of founding members of the Association and senior representatives elected through nomination, with a two-year term and eligibility for one consecutive term.
学术委员会是协会的最高学术权力机构，负责制定和维护协会的学术标准，主导课题评审体系建设，监督年度白皮书及优秀课题成果的学术质量。委员会每年发布年度学术指引，对协会整体学术方向具有主导权。学术委员会成员须具备相关领域博士学位或同等资历，并在智能工程与科技领域拥有显著学术成就。The Academic Committee is the Association's highest academic authority. It is responsible for developing and maintaining academic standards, leading the construction of the research review system, and supervising the academic quality of annual white papers and outstanding research outcomes. The Committee issues annual academic guidelines each year and has leadership authority over the Association's overall academic direction. Members of the Academic Committee must hold a doctoral degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field and have significant academic achievements in intelligent engineering and technology.
秘书处是协会的日常运营核心，负责执行理事会决议，统筹协调各专业委员会的日常工作，推进对外合作项目落地，管理会员事务及日常行政工作。秘书处对协会日常事务具有自主处理权，并定期向理事会汇报运营情况。The Secretariat is the core of the Association's daily operations. It implements Council resolutions, coordinates the daily work of the Professional Committees, advances the implementation of external cooperation projects, and manages membership affairs and daily administration. The Secretariat has autonomous authority over daily affairs and regularly reports operational status to the Council.

各专业委员会按智能工程与科技领域的细分方向设立，负责在各自专业领域内组织学术评审、策划专题活动及推进专项合作。各委员会对其专业领域内的学术事务具有建议权，相关建议经学术委员会审议后纳入协会年度学术计划。The Professional Committees are established according to subfields within intelligent engineering and technology. They organize academic reviews, plan thematic activities, and advance specialized cooperation in their respective professional areas. Each committee has the right to make recommendations on academic matters in its professional field, and relevant recommendations are incorporated into the Association's annual academic plan after review by the Academic Committee.
