Milestones
自2018年在香港创立以来，智能工程与科技协会始终以严谨的学术态度和开放的合作精神，稳步推进各项核心业务。从首批特聘委员任命到国际合作网络扩展至15个以上国家与地区，每一个里程碑都标志着AIET在智能工程与科技领域影响力的持续提升。Since its founding in Hong Kong in 2018, the Association of Intelligent Engineering and Technology has steadily advanced its core work with a rigorous academic attitude and an open spirit of cooperation. From the appointment of the first group of appointees to the expansion of its international cooperation network to more than 15 countries and regions, every milestone marks the continued growth of AIET's influence in intelligent engineering and technology.
Foundation
智能工程与科技协会（AIET）于香港正式成立，总部设于九龙尖沙咀。协会以「推动智能工程与科技领域学术研究与国际合作」为创立宗旨，开始构建首批核心治理架构，包括理事会、学术委员会及秘书处。The Association of Intelligent Engineering and Technology (AIET) was formally established in Hong Kong, with headquarters in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Founded with the purpose of promoting academic research and international cooperation in intelligent engineering and technology, the Association began building its first core governance structure, including the Council, Academic Committee, and Secretariat.
Honour System Established
AIET正式推出特聘职衔委任体系，涵盖特聘研究员、特聘顾问、荣誉大使及学术委员四个职衔类别。首批特聘委员来自香港、中国内地及新加坡，标志着协会荣誉认可体系的正式确立。AIET formally launched its honorary appointment system, covering four appointment categories: Honorary Research Fellow, Honorary Advisor, Honorary Ambassador, and Academic Committee Member. The first group of appointees came from Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Singapore, marking the formal establishment of the Association's honour recognition system.
Review Panel Formed
协会正式组建独立评审专家团，制定标准化评审机制，开始承接课题成果评审及奖项评审工作，国际合作网络正式起步。The Association formally established an independent review expert panel, developed standardized review mechanisms, and began undertaking research outcome reviews and award evaluations, while its international cooperation network officially took shape.
First Annual Awards
AIET举办首届年度奖项评选，设立杰出贡献奖、创新成果奖、青年工程师奖及国际合作奖四个奖项类别。首届评选共收到来自8个国家及地区的提名，奠定协会奖项在业界的初步影响力。AIET held its first annual award selection and established four award categories: Outstanding Contribution Award, Innovation Achievement Award, Young Engineer Award, and International Cooperation Award. The first selection received nominations from eight countries and regions, laying the initial foundation for the influence of the Association's awards in the field.
First White Paper Released
协会正式发布首份《智能工程与科技行业发展白皮书》，聚焦智能制造与工业物联网两大核心议题。白皮书发布后获得业界广泛关注，成为协会学术成果产出的重要品牌。The Association formally released its first White Paper on the Development of the Intelligent Engineering and Technology Industry, focusing on the two core topics of intelligent manufacturing and industrial IoT. After release, the white paper drew broad attention in the field and became an important brand of the Association's academic output.
Global Network Expansion
AIET国际合作网络覆盖亚太及欧美多个国家与地区。协会在新加坡、英国设立联络处，进一步拓展国际影响力，并举办首届跨地区线上学术研讨会。AIET's international cooperation network expanded across multiple countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. The Association established liaison offices in Singapore and the United Kingdom, further expanded its international influence, and held its first cross-regional online academic symposium.
Membership System Upgrade
协会对会员体系进行全面升级，正式推出个人会员、机构会员及荣誉会员三档会员制度，完善会员权益体系。截至2024年底，AIET注册会员覆盖全球15个以上国家与地区。The Association fully upgraded its membership system and formally launched three membership categories: individual member, institutional member, and honorary member, improving the membership benefits system. By the end of 2024, AIET registered members covered more than 15 countries and regions worldwide.
Continued Growth
协会持续深化各核心业务板块，特聘委员及评审专家网络进一步扩大。AIET在亚太科技工程学术界的影响力持续提升，致力于成为该领域最具公信力的国际性学术组织。The Association continues to deepen each core business area, and its network of appointees and review experts has further expanded. AIET's influence in the Asia-Pacific technology and engineering academic community continues to grow, as it works to become the most credible international academic organization in the field.
